This is a FOIL Artists Proof card for Magic/Secret Lairs 2024's Seven Dwarves card #813. As the artist i (Brian Chippendale) received 100 copies, this card only comes in Foil. Each copy is signed on the front. The blank back is numbered #/100 and has a Gnarled Dwarf ink drawing similar to this one. FOILS cost more because of Tariffs on FOIL. JUST KIDDING, they're just more rare. And in the case of this Seven Dwarves card you're going to have a hard time finding this out in the wild because it's super duper rare.
